Here is The Lexington Grill, the Best Steakhouse in the UAE and the Middle East… so says every discerning epicurean (and a few awards). We are sharing food photos to whet your appetite and get you to jump in a car, taxi or on a plane if you will to get here to taste for yourself. It is the essential last thing on every well-researched tourist’s bucket list of things to do in Dubai and for those with a late night flight/red eye flight, it is often the last stop before departing from Dubai International Airport, just under an hour away.

I  was recently commissioned to execute a series of photo shoots  for the Waldorf Astoria.  Here are some behind the scenes shots for you to see what goes into such a superb restaurant operation, headed by Chef Lij and the A’ Team at the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah.
