How to go from local to global- expanding your brand beyond small spaces and places
1 CommentThis morning, as I sat reflecting on my last 7 years in a very small place (Aruba is a country with a population of a whopping 120, 000), I thought just how much of a challenge it has been to be the proverbial big fish in a small pond. lololol Loved it! Your voice sounded a little nervous (there was a slight tremor) but you said all the right things and the flow was perfect. Ain’t no way any listener wouldn’t enjoy. And I like how the images were put over it. Didn’t need to be a TV interview. It must be in the planning! The duration was perfect. We need to learn here, that less IS more.

I knew you would pick up the tremor:) When I recognized the nervousness the moment the interview began, I was like “Where did THAT come from?!” It may be because it has been all of 2 years since my radio show and 3 since I produced and did countless interviews on TV & Radio. This sent me back I almost didn’t make the news my first night as Weather Girl because I just had a sudden case of nerves and couldn’t get through rehearsals. The producer for the show said the feedback from listeners was very good. I edited the photos over the audio post production in order to post to youtube.
