Move over Pasta! This is the best fake pasta dish ever. So good you will soon forget how to spell "pasta." Perfect for the waist, a keto, lowcarb, paleo and gluten free recipe. Recipe yields 1 serving.
Serves: 1
  • Half a smallish head of Cauliflower
  • 2-3 Tbsp Kirkland Signature Basil Pesto (Costco house brand, found at other membership clubs, retailers and online)
  • Freshly grated Pecorino Romano /Parmigiano Romano cheese to garnish
  1. Chop cauliflower into large bite size pieces
  2. Steam uncovered in a pan until soft to a knife prick
  3. Add pesto to taste (use less because it is rather salty)
  4. Serve and with freshly grated Pecorino Romano /Parmigiano Romano cheese as garnish
