Kari Heron- The Steward
Kari is a millennial TV presenter | producer | food & culture photographer | columnist | motivational speaker | hostess | cook and bottle washer in their home test kitchen. She is the food columnist of “When Hunger Strikes” published in the wknd magazine of Khaleej Times, an English language newspaper circulated in six countries in the Middle East.
She is a trained journalist, broadcast producer, director, presenter, voice over artist, engaging Master of Ceremonies, social media expert, integrated public relations and integrated marketing communication, executive with almost 20 years experience in the communication field. A teen prodigy, she entered the world of television as a trained presenter by age 16 and produced her first broadcast production at age 19 . She continued formal studies up to the graduate level in Media and Communications.
Kari runs the day-to-day operations of Chef and Steward. She recently completed shooting her first commissioned photo book project. She most recently worked in a creative and strategic role in managing marketing and public relations for Tavola, the leading regional fine kitchen and table retailer in the Middle East.
In spite of all her achievements, she is proudest of being a mother to a happy toddler, cherishes her family and delights in travel, people, wines, music, the arts, beauty & fashion and philanthropy.
