This is the quickest, cracker ever! Plus it is a delicious base to a myriad of delicious toppings. Think outside the box… we used garlic crusted shrimp for this and served with a side of spinach and broccoli sauteed in buttah.

I bought some curry leaves on a wild experiment at the Karama Market and decided to use them to spice up these crackers. The result? You tell me… I am still busy licking my lips!
Ingredients: 2 1tsp golden flaxmeal, 1 tbsp water, 2-3 curry leaves shredded, garlic powder, pinch of salt. You can add other spices if you like.
Method: Together in a small bowl. Place on parchment paper. Spread as thin as possible. Microwave until crispy (watch it or it could burn). Makes one cracker.
One person shouldn’t have more than two crackers per day due to to high fibre content. You don’t want to test me on this!
